In 2011 the partners Ferdinand and Juliane Likosar founded the MERX PRODUCTS Handels GmbH. The foundation is based on a number of businesses and enterprises that go back to 1995. Thus the enterprise looks back on 20 years of production and distribution experience.
Product Development…
2001 Ferdinand and Juliane Likosar started the EB GesbR, which predominantly acts as an inventors' company and holds numerous patents and industrial property rights for product novelties. In the same year another patent for an innovative fastening system with the name "Amo Max" in cooperation with Würth International, the biggest European enterprise in this sector, went into commercial production and distribution. After various successfully launched inventions and patents this specific know-how gave a fresh impetus to further revolutionary ideas such as: innovative cleaning and care products, telescopic handles and mop plates, Sanitim toilet paper dispensers, a reliable "care system", which offers the choice between dry toilet paper and toilet paper impregnated with oil balm. Ski holders for the sports wholesale and other MERX PRODUCTS accompany the customers from the idea via the development and the design up to the final model ready for production and a unique trade mark. It is also due to this innovation urge that sectors such as cleaning cloths have become high-tech sectors. We distinguish between cleaning effect, absorbency, surface protection, environmental criteria of the materials, durability and antibacterial properties. The varying compositions of the different properties and materials enable us to offer our customers the right cloth for the respective sector. We are particularly interested in offering our customers cleaning and care products which are produced according to ecological guidelines and are very economical. A particular highlight is our cleaning paste, produced in Vorarlberg, which is available in many different compositions. Annually hundreds of thousands of this cleaning paste are exported.
The Market Development...
Over 95 per cent of the products are exported and internationally distributed via various big commercial enterprises in the European Union, USA, Canada as well as Australia. Thus our customers comprise mail-order companies, TV- shops, wholesalers for catering and other trades, but also international direct marketing with thousands of employees. It has always been our highest priority to be able to offer our customers the most modern and most innovative products of the time. In this way our customers can always profit by the latest developments and achievements.
And today...
The organization centre of the company is located in the Business Park Walgau in Nenzing. Besides the office areas the company offers the local residents the opportunity to acquire there and then and with competent advice high-quality products from direct selling and the TV-shop. The staff employed at the Nenzing location contributes many decades of experience in the fields of production, distribution and logistics to the company. In addition to that the company maintains a large network of experts in chemistry, business and advertising, all of them resident in the region.
